Everyone is anxiously waiting for getting their matches. For the time being, here's my questionnaire.

1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely not like?
My favorite yarns are pure natural yarns or yarns with only little acrylics. I don't like fuzzy or novelty yarns, mohair, angora.

2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
I have several bags and boxes for my needles.

3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I've been knitting for 30 years now, but with long breaks. I think my level is intermediate.

4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?
Yes, it's on amazon.de

5. What’s your favorite scent?
Lavender, rose, pine.

6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy?
Nothing special, but I love it not too sweet (but we all love jellie beans)

7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin?
No other crafts.

8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)
I love to hear world music from Africa or Asia, chill. Sorry, no MP3s.

9. What’s your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can’t stand?
My favorite colors are blues, greens and autumn/nature colors. I can't stand pink and red.

10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
Boy 14, girl 12 and a boyfriend who is living not far from us.

11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
Scarves and Mittens yes, hats and ponchos no.

12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit?
Scarves, socks, shawles, pullovers, cardigans, blanket

13. What are you knitting right now?
I have several wips as usual: socks, blanket, 2 pullovers

14. Do you like to receive handmade gifts?
Yes, sure.

15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?
Circular needles or dpns, bamboo.

16. Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift?
Yes both.

17. How old is your oldest UFO?
OLD!

18. What is your favorite holiday? What winter holiday do you observe?
Christmas

19. Is there anything that you collect?
Nothing special apart from yarns, patterns and nice buttons. Oh, and I love Starbucks and LUSH.

20. Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have?
I have no subscription at the moment. Please take a look on my ravelry library concerning the books and mags that I already have.
I'd love to get yarns that are difficult to get hold of in Germany.

21. Are there any new techniques you’d like to learn?
No, not at the moment.

22. Are you a sock knitter? What are your foot measurements?
Yes I am! My size is 42 (German) or 10 (US)
